What if I have found a fabric or wallpaper that is not listed on your website?
Affordable Decorators have access to a large range of market-leading wallpapers, fabrics and designs and offer hundreds of exclusive versatile textures, patterns and emerging colours. If you have found something you love, that is not featured on our website, simply email us the details (Brand, Design Name & Colour) and we will endeavour to respond to you with within 24 hours.
What is the smallest amount of fabric I can purchase?
The minimum purchase for all fabrics is 1 metre and thereafter in 10 centimetre increments.
Do you keep stock of wallpaper and fabrics for immediate distribution?
A majority of our wallpaper and fabric stocks are not held on-hand due to the fact that we have access to hundreds of different designs and therefore it would not be possible to have such large amounts in stock. When you place an order with us, we arrange for your specified order to be sent from the manufacturer directly to us, and we contact you as soon as it arrives at our showroom. Turnover is approximately 2-3 weeks for most custom projects.
What payment methods do you support?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and bank deposits. You can also visit our showroom and pay by cheque or cash if more convenient.
What is your return policy?
Affordable Decorators operates under Fair Trading Legislation whereby clients are only legally entitled to a refund, exchange or repair from the place of purchase if goods:
• Had a fault you were not aware of when you purchased it
• Are not the same as the seller or advertisement described
• Do not do the job you were led to believe they would
• Do not match the sample you ordered of the same item
NB: We are unable to offer a refund or return if you have not previously ordered a sample of fabric or wallpaper, and the item you have purchased does not suit the purpose you intended it for; nor if you order extra of an item and then do not use it.

Can I cancel my order once it has been approved?
Due to the unique and special nature of products we sell at Affordable Decorators, such as custom made products, your order becomes binding once we have accepted it and you no longer have the ability to cancel it. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding this matter.
