Dear creatives,

On behalf of the team here at Affordable Decorators, we would like to sincerely thank you all for your continued support during these last 12 months. We feel incredibly appreciative, as we know it has likely not been easy for many of you.

A lot of us have had the time to stop and reflect. Some of us have made decisions to make some lifestyle changes – some big, some small – like moving, changing careers and focusing more time on family and friends.

The past year has also prompted many businesses – Affordable Decorators included – to re-evaluate their business model and how best to operate given the circumstances. At the beginning of the year it was our priority to keep our staff and customers safe. Consequently, a change we recognised we needed to consider was how to best serve our customers with their health and safety as the forefront of our considerations.

We decided to open the Affordable Decorators’ showroom by appointment only – which has ultimately proven to be highly beneficial to how we operate as a business, to our team and to our customers. For our curtain specialists and wallpaper consultants, it has been so lovely to have one-on-one appointments with our clients regarding their window treatments, wallpaper choices and interior designs. It has been so rewarding to be able to sit down with you all and connect again on a more personal level. It has given us the opportunity to spend valuable time with new customers and get to know them as more than just a customer. It is truly hard to express just how wonderful this change has been for us all.

We absolutely cannot wait to see you all this year. We have some exciting new projects in the pipeline for 2021 and also some amazing new stylists that have joined the Affordable Decorators team!
